Whiteside UD5123M Up/Down Cut Spiral 3+3, 1/2"SH, 1/2"CD, 1-1/4"CL works wonderfully with Natural woods, composites, hard plastics, thin aluminum, achieving great results at 16,000-18,000 (max 24,000). Highlights: Made from solid carbide, each bit has both up cut and down cut flutes to provide a smooth cut to both the top and bottom side of your project.  This bit has the added feature of shorter up cut flutes, allowing the down shear cutting action to the top surface during shallow cuts.
