Whiteside RU5150CB Chipbreaker Up Cut Spiral 1/2"SH, 1/2"CD, 1-1/2"CL works wonderfully with Natural woods, composites, achieving great results at 16,000-18,000 (max 24,000). Highlights: Each flute has small serrations to tear up the chips as the bit is cutting through the project. This bit has a feed rate in-between that of a roughing bit and a standard spiral router bit. Up cut spiral design provides the best control with hand or table routing pulling the chips up and away from the work material.
