Whiteside 3506 Multi-Side Bit 1/2"SH, 6 or 12 Sides works wonderfully with Natural woods, composite woods, achieving great results at 12,000-14,000 (max 16,000). Highlights: A great way to join up many multi-side projects such as planters, columns, and barrels. The 3506 can be used for six or twelve sided objects. Very straightforward, this joint requires routing a notch in only one edge of each stave (side). Notching also improves ease of assembly and total glue area. All bits are 1/2” shank and designed for use in a router table with a fence guide.
